Fully supported – Helpdesk support is available and when applicable, software patches will be released to ensure compatibility.
Limited support – Support is limited to "best effort" Helpdesk support only. Not all features are supported. No new software patches or service packs will be released to maintain compatibility. An offered solution may require an upgrade to a newer version.
